On October 26th, 2023, the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission updated information over "State's Average Weekly Wage and Maximum Benefit Amounts for Work-Related Injuries, Illnesses and Deaths for CY 2024."
Changes were made over the maximum compensation benefit rate for injury, illness, or death due to an increase in the state average weekly wage.
